Our work is exclusively based on our Terms and Conditions. Deviating rules, especially oral agreements are null and void and cannot be accepted by us.
Our field of activity is concerned with escorts. The exact running of the date, however, is solely a private matter between the client and the escort lady as parties to the contract.
We, the Bluemoon-Agency have no influence on that.
Escort Bluemoon’s contract exists exclusively with the escort lady, who pays a commission for the arrangement of a date.
Your personal details are treated with extreme confidentiality and will naturally not be passed on to anybody.
Our Bluemoon-escorts act responsibly, self assured and independently bearing their own costs and they are not guided by our instructions. It is up to the escort ladies, whether and which date they accept. That is why we are not liable for any actions of our ladies. We offer all kind of information (e.g. hair colour, clothing requests, language abilities, interests) to the best of our knowledge, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of our information. We deny all claims that arise from a date, especially all consequences and any claims for damages due to a date, which did not come off; unless there has been grave, negligent conduct on our part.
Should there be certain aspects of these Terms and Conditions that are fully or partly ineffective or incomplete, it has no bearings on the effectiveness of the remainder of the terms and conditions (Salvadorian clause).
Place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
