General Terms and Conditions
We operate exclusively according to our terms and conditions of business. Any other agreements diverging from our terms and conditions, especially verbal agreements, are invalid and cannot be accepted by us. We reserve the right to change our offer or part of our offer without any prior notice and to both temporarily or permanently remove our internet website offer. We operate exclusively as an escort agency. We arrange contacts with personnel only for escorting purposes. Payment is due at the beginning of the service and the amount depends upon the duration of the escort service. We emphasise that the services included in the escorting of clients in no way involve sexual activities. Whichever way the customer decides to organise the date is his private affair. The Bluemoon agency neither wishes to nor shall it be involved in such matters. Our escort ladies are instructed not to participate in any activities, which can be considered immoral.
The fees agreed upon are valid only for the one definite service agreed upon and is the gross amount, which includes the legally required VAT. All expenses arising during the date involving the escort (e.g. hotel costs, meals, drinks, etc.) are to be carried exclusively by the customer.
Your personal details will be absolutely confidentially handled and will not be passed-on or revealed to other parties. Our Bluemoon girls act independently and apart from our procurement of the dates, they do not act according to our instructions and therefore we cannot accept any liability for the actions of our ladies. All information is given most conscientiously (for example hair colour, dress, languages, interests) however we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information. The offers made by our agency are therefore non-binding. We reject all claims arising from a date, especially claims for compensation due to a date not taking place, unless this is due to deliberate and grossly negligent behaviour on our behalf. If any provision in this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a body of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be construed, limited or, if necessary, severed to the extent necessary to eliminate such invalidity or unenforceability. The parties agree to negotiate in good faith a valid, enforceable substitute provision that most nearly effects the parties’ original intent in entering into this agreement or to provide an equitable adjustment in the event no such provision can be added. The other provisions of this agreement will remain in full force and effect(severability clause). The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
